These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BTCCloudMinerPro mobile application, website at https://btccloudminer.pro, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

BTCCloudMinerPro provides a cloud-based Bitcoin mining simulation experience within the App. Virtual hash power, mining rigs, tiers, timers, task rewards, and balances are calculated according to in-app rules and server-side configuration.

Important: The App does not use your device’s hardware to mine cryptocurrency on-device. Displayed hash rates, balances, and earnings are part of the simulated App experience. The Service is not investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Cryptocurrency values are volatile. Simulated or past performance does not guarantee future results or real-world profits.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use the Service only with permission of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must not create multiple accounts to abuse rewards, ads, referrals, or promotions.
You must not use bots, scripts, emulators, or automation to farm rewards.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob & Mediation)

4.1 Rewarded video ads

Optional rewarded video ads may be shown when you tap ad-related Claim buttons (such as Free Miner or certain tasks). You must watch the full video to receive the associated in-app hash power reward. If you close the ad early, the reward may not be granted.

4.2 Interstitial ads

After a successful Free Miner ad claim, the App may show one interstitial (full-screen) ad. Interstitial ads do not provide additional mining rewards. You may close the ad when permitted by the ad network.

4.3 AdMob Mediation

Ads may be delivered through Google AdMob mediation by Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, AppLovin, Unity Ads, and Pangle. Each network’s terms and privacy policies apply to its ad serving.

4.4 General

Ad availability varies by region, device, and network. We do not guarantee that an ad will always be available. Ad serving is subject to Google AdMob policies, applicable Mediation Partner policies, and your consent choices where applicable.

5. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items

Paid packages grant virtual hash power and in-app benefits as described at the time of purchase.
All purchases through Google Play are subject to Google Play’s terms and refund policies.
Virtual hash power, rigs, and balances have no cash value outside the Service unless explicitly stated.
We may modify virtual item pricing, availability, or game economy rules with reasonable notice where required.

6. Free Miners, Tasks & Promotions

Free timer miners, ad miners, task rewards, and promotional offers are subject to daily limits, countdown timers, and server-side rules. We may change reward amounts, durations, or eligibility criteria to maintain fair operation of the Service.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to minimum amounts, network fees, verification, anti-fraud review, and platform policies.
You are solely responsible for entering a correct Bitcoin or Lightning address on the correct network.
Incorrect addresses, incompatible networks, or user error may result in permanent loss of funds.
We may delay, limit, or refuse withdrawals suspected of fraud, abuse, or legal violations.
Withdrawal processing times depend on network conditions and third-party payout systems.

We do not guarantee any minimum withdrawal amount, speed, or fiat value of cryptocurrency received.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law
Interfere with servers, APIs, or security measures
Misrepresent the Service or make false earnings claims to other users
Use the Service for money laundering or other illegal activity
Circumvent ad or reward systems

9. Intellectual Property

BTCCloudMinerPro name, logo, UI, graphics, and content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR CRYPTOCURRENCY VALUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BTCCloudMinerPro and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for operational, legal, or security reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App.

14. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country may still apply.

16. Google Play

If you downloaded the App from Google Play, Google’s own terms and policies also apply to your use of Google Play. These Terms are between you and BTCCloudMinerPro only — not Google. Google is not responsible for the App, its content, maintenance, or support. Google Play is a third-party platform and billing provider for in-app purchases.
