This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide

• Account identifiers created when you sign in (device-based account or optional Google sign-in)
• Optional profile details from Google sign-in: email address, display name, profile photo URL
• Invite or referral codes you enter
• Withdrawal details you submit (Bitcoin/Lightning address, amount, network type)
• Information you send to customer support

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Device & app identifiers: device ID used for login/session, session tokens
• Advertising ID: Android Advertising ID (AAID/GAID) when ads are shown via Google AdMob
• App activity: mining activity, hash rate, balance, tier progress, task completion, purchase history, withdrawal history, ad interactions
• Financial info (in-app): in-app balance, purchase records, withdrawal requests (not bank or credit card numbers — purchases are processed by Google Play)
• Technical & diagnostic data: IP address, approximate country (derived from IP), timestamps, API request logs needed to operate the Service

2.3 Information we do NOT collect

We do not knowingly collect precise GPS location, contacts, photos, microphone audio, SMS, health data, or government ID numbers through the App.

3. How We Use Information

• Create, authenticate, and maintain your account
• Provide cloud mining simulation features, balances, tiers, and rewards
• Process in-app purchases and withdrawal requests
• Display rewarded and interstitial advertisements
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
• Operate, maintain, debug, and improve the App and backend
• Respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations

4. Advertising (Google AdMob & Mediation)

The App uses Google AdMob to show ads, including:

• Rewarded video ads — optional ads you choose to watch to claim Free Miner or task rewards. You must complete the video to receive the reward.
• Interstitial ads — full-screen ads that may appear once after a successful Free Miner ad claim. Interstitials do not grant extra mining rewards.

4.1 AdMob Mediation

We use Google AdMob mediation to serve ads. Ad requests may be filled by Google and/or the following authorized Mediation Partners:

• Google AdMob (Google LLC)
• Meta Audience Network (Meta Platforms, Inc.)
• AppLovin (AppLovin Corporation)
• Unity Ads (Unity Technologies)
• Pangle (ByteDance / Panglobal)

These partners may receive device/advertising identifiers, IP address, coarse location (from IP), device information, and ad interaction data to deliver, measure, and personalize or limit ads according to your consent settings and applicable law.

AdMob and Mediation Partners may collect and process:

• Advertising ID (AAID/GAID)
• IP address and coarse location (derived from IP)
• Device information and ad interaction data
• App activity related to ad requests and impressions

Users in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and other regulated regions may see a Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form to manage personalized advertising. You can also reset or limit your advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Other Third-Party Services

• Google Play: processes in-app purchases according to Google’s policies
• Google Sign-In (optional): if you choose Google login
• Cloud hosting & payout providers: receive only data needed to host the Service or process withdrawals you request

6. Data Sharing

We share information only:

• With service providers that help us operate the App (hosting, ads, payouts)
• When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process
• To protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the Service

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

7. Data Retention

We retain account, mining, purchase, and withdrawal records while your account is active and as long as necessary for legal, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution purposes. When you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize personal data unless we must retain certain records by law.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS for website traffic, authenticated API access, and server-side access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

• Request access to or correction of your account information

• Uninstall the App and stop using the Service at any time
• Manage ad personalization via the in-app Google consent form (where shown)
• Reset your advertising ID in Android system settings

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws (such as GDPR or CCPA). Contact us to exercise those rights.

10. Account & Data Deletion

To request account deletion and removal of associated personal data:

1. Email support@btccloudminer.pro from the email linked to your account (if any), or include your in-app user ID
2. Subject line: Account Deletion Request
3. We will verify ownership and process the request within a reasonable timeframe

Some transaction or legal records may be retained as required by law.

11. Children’s Privacy

BTCCloudMinerPro is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our servers or service providers operate. We take steps designed to protect your information consistent with this policy.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may also be communicated in the App where appropriate.

14. Google Play Data Safety (Declaration Guide)

When completing the Google Play Console Data safety form for BTCCloudMinerPro, declare data consistent with this policy. Summary:

• Personal info: email (optional), user IDs
• Financial info: in-app purchase history, in-app balance/withdrawal info
• App activity: in-app actions, mining/task/ad interaction
• Device or other IDs: device ID, advertising ID
• Location: approximate location (IP-based, not precise GPS)
